How to make Palasai Keerai Chutney/Spinach curry blended/Palak Ki Chutney:
Palak is a very nutritious leafy vegetable. It’s useful for weight loss, controls heart diseases, helps eye problems, control sugars, and so on.
Palak is now famous for Palak Paneer recipe. Besides from Palak paneer recipe, we can do some different simple recipes like chutney, dal spinach curry, Palak bonda, and so on.
I tried Palak chutney a few times, which came out nice all the times, a tasty nutritious chutney for breakfast and dinner.

Palak Chutney/Spinach Curry Blended/Pasalai Keerai Chutney
Healthy Nutritious breakfast and dinner side dish
- 2 handful Palak/Pasalai Keerai/Spinach Leaves
- 2 no Big Onions
- 1 no Tomato
- 2 no Garlic shallots
- 1 inch Tamarind
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 no Red chilli
- 1 tbsp Oil
Wash Palak and set aside.
Chop onions, garlic, and tomato.
In a pan, add oil and add cumin.
Then add onion, garlic, red chilli, and tomato fry until onion becomes translucent and tomato gets dissolved.
Add Palak to it and fry for a minute or two until the leaves cook.
Add it to mixie jar with a piece of tamarind and salt and grind well.
Palak Chutney is ready to serve with Dosa.
