How to prepare Chicken Clear Soup?
It’s an all-time favorite soup for all age groups. A nourishing soup for toddlers. We can also use this soup like a rasam and mix with rice to make a toddler-friendly bland-tasting recipe. Toddlers love varieties at the same time like bland taste very much, like eating boiled white rice alone or eating plain idli alone. So, we can use this bland tasting soup to mix up with rice or to soak idli to make them healthy.
I remember my childhood Sundays not ended up without having a small cup full of mutton or chicken soup. It’s a simple recipe, but we get a satisfied feeling and loads of energy after having a cup of soup.
A very very healthy soup with not much of spices, but the things we are adding up are good for health. One or two garlic pods along with an inch of ginger, spiced up with cumin powder with pepper powder and a pinch of aromatic organic turmeric powder and a little bit of salt will do magic in getting a light-flavored soup to start up our Sundays.
Let’s get a soup for this upcoming Sunday.
